Jeonbuk State announced that it would recruit “supporters for Jeonju Olympic Bid Promotion” for the sake of realizing the dream of attracting the Olympics to Jeonju with the nation.

 

 

 

The recruitment period is set for August 22 through Decemeber 31. Applications are open to all citizens interested in attracting the Olympics to Jeonju. Applications are available on the Jeonbuk State Website after identity verification.

 

 

 

Supporters for will carry out promotions of news on the Jeonju Olympic bid in a flexible format through a variety of online channels including personal social media and Utube. In addition, they are expected to participate in spreading the word by sharing and liking Olympic posts on the official channels of Jeonbuk State. Participation will also include main online activities such as challenge or hashtag campaigns.

 

 

 

There is no limit on the number of applicants and all participants will be issued an online appointment certificate. In addition, at the end of the year, outstanding participants will be selected and provided with incentives such as the Governor’s Commendation and a Jeonju Olympic Bid Promotion Supporters kit.

 

 

 

Yoo Hee-sook, Director of Jeonbuk State’s 2036 Summer Olympic Bid Committee said, “This supporters program was established with an intention of recognizing each citizen as a main participant in promoting and shaping the Jeonju Olympic bid.” and “We hope that you will participate in the journey of turning our collective dream into a reality, grounded in a sense of belonging.”
