- Governor Kim Kwan-young Proposes to the Government Response to Low Province-tailored Birthrate On 25th, Kim Kwan-young, Governor of Jeonbuk State, attended ‘The 7th Central Provincial Cooperation Conference' held at Chungcheongnam-do Office and sought ways to cooperate between the central and provincial governments, such as responding to the low birthrate.
