Jeonbuk State is going to launch a large-scale recruitment and employment support place to directly connect job seekers and businesses within the province.

 

The province announced that it will hold 「the 2025 Jeonbuk State Job Festival」 at the Harim Mission Hall of Jeonju University Star Center on September 17.

 

The event venue comprises corporate recruitment booths and employment support booths. At the corporate recruitment booths, companies from Jeonbuk's key industries and future emerging sectors such as agri-bio, carbon composite materials, secondary batteries and hydrogen will conduct recruitment consultations and on-site interviews. Companies specialising in finance, social welfare, tourism, and services, alongside employers recognised for their excellent job opportunities, will also participate, offering diverse prospects to job seekers. Furthermore, relevant agencies' booths will provide information on corporate support schemes and recruitment-linked initiatives.

 

The employment support booths offer tailored consultations for jobseekers across different age groups, including young people and middle-aged individuals, alongside university-linked career planning programmes. These services are designed to provide practical assistance, such as CV writing and interview preparation guidance.

 

In particular, this event is followed by continuous recruitment support through an online matching system before and after the event, beyond the single recruitment event. In the online museum opened in the Jeonbuk Job Center webpage, you can always check the introduction data and job information of the participating companies, so job seekers who are difficult to attend the event day can also get the opportunity to apply for employment.
