Jeonbuk Launches Second Round of Applications for Health Support Program for Out-of-School Female Youth

Jeonbuk State is promoting the '2025 Out-of-School Female Adolescent Health Support Project' to provide tampons to out-of-school female youths who are experiencing financial burden.

 

The province will operate the second intensive application period until October 17th, and even after this period, it will accept applications continuously until December 14th."

 

This program targets 600 out-of-school female youth aged 9 to 24 residing in the province, born between January 1, 2001, and December 31, 2016. Duplicate support with the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family’s low-income tampon voucher program is not permitted.

 

The yoths wishing to apply must join one of the mobile gift card apps (ZeroPay, BeeFlee Pay, or Family Town) and submit documentation proving their status as an out-of-school youth and residency within the province via the ZeroPay MyData page. After eligibility verification, each individual will receive a mobile voucher worth KRW 156,000 annually (equivalent to KRW 13,000 per month), which will be automatically issued by the following month. The issued points can be immediately viewed with the app.
