Jeollabuk-do Starts Mentor Group who Helps Married Immigrants Residing in the Province

 

Jeollabuk-do will constitute and run in a large scale mentor group so that married immigrants residing in the province can attain the nationality of Korea and live stably, enjoying various profits in usual life.

 

Jeollabuk-do matched 40 couples with married immigrants ( mentor) from seven countries such as China, Vietnam, Thai, the Philippines, Mongolia, Cambodia, and Kyrgyzstan and married immigrants (mentee) entering Korea at the early period. The mentors will help the mentees one-to-one by informing them about the details related to attaining nationality such as educating Korean language, taking sample interview, guiding the administrative procedures etc.

 

Jeollabuk-do will apply the provision of 'Jeollabuk-do Ordinance for Supporting Foreign Residents and Multicultural Families', and support 3,000 thousand won the fee for applying naturalization permission on the target at married immigrants under the address in the province from six months before on the standard of nationality attainment date after they attain nationality on January 1, this year.
