On 11st, Jeollabuk-do clarified that Jeonbuk National University selected as a software-centered university would foster creative talents for software fusion expected to lead the 4th industrial evolution in the province.

Under the aim of ‘Software-centered university which leads new data renaissance at the age of digital conversion’, Jeonbuk National University will contribute to regional society by infra constructions such as development and operation of software subject course, system reform of development and expansion of fixed number, education of software, construction of practice condition, and secure of high-price software equipment, by construction of consumer-centered industry-university model, and by spread of software value.

At first, Jeonbuk National University will establish undergraduate studies of computer AI by integrating undergraduate studies of IT & intelligence information engineering and establish 4 deepening studies such as AI, stuff internet, big data, and block chain.
