Jeonbuk state cooperating with the Laboratory for Nanomedicine of Harvard Meidcal School Taking a step forward toward our dream of “Asian Boston”, the bio-industry-accumulated area

 

Jeonbuk state made a business agreement with the Laboratory for Medical engineering & Nanomedicine of Massachusetts General Hospital of Harvard Medical School.

 

As Jeonbuk state devoting all its energy for attracting a complex specialized in the national bio scientific high-tech strategic industry, for researchers in the state came to build a mutual cooperative system with world’s top researchers, this agreement on this day is expected to take a step forward toward the dream “Asian Boston”.

 

This agreement will cause connected talented people exchanging and the development of human resource to be scheduled through a glocal college which Jeonbuk University and Wonkwang University are pushing forward, the regional innovation business(RIS) based on the collaboration with local governments and universities, and college-or-university-supporting system business(RISE) centered on the regional innovation, and will also cause exchanging technologies and policies of the biotechnology field for reinforcing a global leading technological ability to be done.

 

In addition, it has been decided that finding joint projects to  vitalize complexes specialized in bio, connection and cooperation shall be pushed forward through international joint clinical research and collaboration in tailored precision medical research where Medical School of Jeonbuk University, Medical School of Wonkwang University or others are central.
