A cooperative organization has been built by industry, academia, research institutes, and government organizations which participated to push up with job policies and customized employment tailored to strategic industries in the province.

 

‘Jeonbuk State Job Governance (hereinafter referred to as Governance)' is a cooperative system built to consult job policies suitable for district industries, debate pending job problems by industry and district, and push up with competences for linkage and cooperation with concerned organizations for customized employment linkage of companies.

 

Governance has been launched. As a result, the job-wide control tower will be played by the Department of Jobs, People's Livelihood and Economy in Jeonbuk State, while the job hub in the district will be played by the Job Center in Jeonbuk State. It is hoped that this new division of work will pave the way for Jeonbuk State to systematically pursue job policies.

 

 

Kim Kwan-young, Governor of Jeonbuk State, said that “It was very necessary to build governance that involved industry, academia, research institutes, and organizations in order to create jobs” and that ‘I hope that cooperation institutions will come together head-to-head and come up with alternatives so that we can promote job policies that suit the characteristics classified with industry, city and county, and age.’
