Jeonbuk State announces new measures to cope with the serious low birth rate problem.
▲‘Light Job and Maiirage’, which relieves worries about home, job opportunities, and marriage Costs
Jeonbuk State will supply 500 units of 'semi-installment housing' to stabilize the housing of young people and newlyweds. The semi-installment housing includes an unconventional benefit that allows them to pay only half of the rent, and if they move in and have a child, they will be exempted from paying the entire rent.
In addition, Jeonbuk State will raise the rental deposit for public rental housing for non-resident youths and newlyweds from 20 million won to 50 million won, and will also pilot a project to support chartered funds for private housing.
In addition, in order to provide work opportunities to young people, Jeonbuk State will push up with the reflection of a special case under the Jeonbuk Special Act, which applies a plan to expand public employment opportunities for multi-child households with three or more children on a pilot basis. In the case of companies attracting investment, if they hire multi-child households with three or more children, the employment subsidy will be increased by 1.5 times from the existing one.
▲‘Birth Healthy’, which examines each stage from infertility to postpartum health
Jeonbuk State intends to expand support to infertile couples regardless of income and age, and to expand the scope of support to male infertility and Oriental medical treatment.
It will also provide financial support to small business honeymooners and households giving birth, maternity benefits to young solo small business owners and farmers and fishermen who are in the employment insurance blind spot, and strengthen the establishment of essential healthcare systems for pregnancy and childbirth and postpartum health recovery support, including postpartum care.
▲ Raising children together so that the parents can work and raise children at the same time, 'Happy Parenting '
Jeonbuk State will provide incentives for male parental leave starting next year to encourage fathers' participation in childcare. Additionally, a Jeonbuk State-style SOS care system will be established to respond to sudden caregiving gaps.
In addition, Jeonbuk State plans to expand age-specific play areas and programs, and establish a smart infant emergency service (Smart Baby119) and a nighttime holiday pediatric care system to promptly respond to sick children.
▲ Spread a family-friendly culture 'Public Takes the Lead, Businesses Join In'
Jeonbuk State is considerate of families who have given birth and are raising children, including time spent caring for grandchildren, infertility treatment and pregnancy check-up, and the introduction of spouse-accompanied leave. It supports private companies with substitute workers for parental leave, providing incentives for short-time work hours for workers with elementary school children, and helps balance work and family.
