Jeonbuk State announced that it has formed a 'Corporate Workforce Development Task Force' to address the labor shortage in local small and medium-sized enterprises and establish a talent development system tailored to the industry, holding its first meeting on the 18th.

The meeting was organized to discuss the prediction of manpower supply and demand by industry, customized education and training, and strategies for linking jobs based on corporate demand. It also aims to enhance efficiency by integrating and managing the human resource development projects being pursued by each department.

 

At the meeting, the main issues for customized workforce support for companies were discussed, including ▲ analyzing the shortage of manpower by industry, ▲ providing training and employment information, ▲ identifying and collaborating with excellent training institutions, and ▲ supporting job matching.

 

In particular, it was considered to predict the supply and demand of manpower in advance so that companies can supply the talents they need in a timely manner, and to operate education and training programs tailored to the needs of companies. Through this, the participant plans to strengthen the linkage between various human resource training projects being promoted by Jeonbuk State and realize the cultivation of excellent talents and the creation of stable jobs in the region.
