Jeonbuk State set out customized support to ease the difficulty which multicultural children or youth have from studying or in their career this year.

 

Jeonbuk State will place emphasis on support customized for the growth stage from this year in order that multicultural children or youth can grow up in good health and stand as talented persons of a regional community after it goes forward from support of multicultural families with priority given to support of the existing married immigrant’s settlement and child rearing.

 

Family centers in each city and county expand learning support such as a reading debate, Korean language and others targeting the upper grades of the elementary school along with basic Korean alphabet, basic mathematics and others targeting pre-school multicultural children and schoolchildren.

 

In addition, they enlarge and operate a career-support program in tandem with the career advice center and others, supporting professional psychological counseling and career designing in order that multicultural adolescent children can adjust to society stably.

 

Jeonbuk State supports for the purpose of being able to improve learning capability by giving the expense for education activity between KRW 400,000 and KRW 600,000 including the purchase of textbooks, access to reading rooms, buying online learning tickets or others to 3,000 multicultural children and youth of a low-income group as its new business this year.
